Join Us at DMI’s Annual Gala, Monday December 13!
The DMIBlog is on a reduced posting schedule this week as we gear up for the Drum Major Institute’s annual gala next Monday. Join us for cocktails at 6:30pm with a dinner and program to follow. At the stunning Prince George Ballroom (15 East 27th Street, NYC) DMI will present this year’s Drum Major for Justice awards to three stellar honorees.
We’ll be honoring:
- State-Senator Elect Gustavo Rivera, a true champion of reform
- The Young Elected Officials Network, dedicated to putting a new generation of leaders on the front lines of change
- and Resource Generation, which promotes innovative ways for young people with wealth to align their personal values and political vision with their financial resources.
Tickets are $300. Special discounts are available for students, activists, and others of reduced means - and of course, we welcome larger contributions. Buy tickets here.
