Learning from Katrina

The end of February will be the six-month anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. It's an important time to refocus national attention on the inequality, poverty, and neglect that the storm and its aftermath highlighted. We can encourage that through letters to the editor, blog comments, and conversations within our own social networks--communities of faith, the office lunchroom, the union hall, and the corporate boardroom.
