Rona Taylor
Rona Taylor is the National Coordinator of the Syringe Access Expansion Project at the Harm Reduction Coalition which advocates for and promotes the health and dignity of individuals and communities impacted by drug use. She is also the Board President of the Women's HIV Collaborative which envisions a world where women are fully empowered, where gender disparities are erased and HIV and AIDS is eliminated.
