Nikki Zeichner is a Project Coordinator with Wage to Live (www.wagetolive.org), a newly formed conscientious consumption campaign designed to raise wages for New York City restaurant workers. She holds degrees in both philosophy and law from Barnard College and CUNY, respectively. In her spare time, she works in the restaurant industry.
