Adrienne Maree Brown

Adrienne Maree Brown is a writer, singer, facilitator and organizational development specialist. As a co-founder of the League of Young/Pissed Off Voters, she has developed Training and Communications programs for the sister organizations as they grew. The organizations now work to voterize under-resourced communities (www.indyvoter.org). Adrienne is the Co-Editor of the book “How to Get Stupid White Men Out of Office: The anti-politics, un-boring guest to power” released in 2004. In a few weeks, Adrienne will join the Ruckus Society as their Executive Director, after serving as the Board Chair since 2005. In addition, she works on the advisory committees for WireTapMag.com and the Allied Media Conference.
